Shopping online is awesome, but sometimes things don’t work out (and that’s alright). If you need to make a return, read through our policy guidelines below. We’ve got you covered.

  • Online items cannot be returned in-store to any Brooklyn Boulders location.

  • We provide free return shipping within 10 days of purchase. Please email retail@brooklynboulders.com for your return shipping label. Note: Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags still on. You know the drill.

  • Shipping returns or exchanges past the 10 window will be at the customer’s expense.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase (again, unwashed and unworn with tags still on).

  • Was this item a gift? If so, you can return it! We just need the full receipt to issue the return.
