• Purchases of products for gym access (such as day passes and day pass packs) are non-refundable.
  • Promotional products specified as one per customer: if the customer has already purchased the product in the promotion, the price in the customer's cart will be automatically adjusted before completing check-out. Adjustment will be indicated on sale page where applicable. 


  • Online items must be returned by mail. We cannot accept online merchandise orders in-store at any Brooklyn Boulders location.

  • We provide free return shipping on retail merchandise when return is requested within 10 days of purchase. Please email [email protected] for your return shipping label. Note: Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags still on. You know the drill.

  • Shipping returns or exchanges past the 10 window will be at the customer’s expense.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase (again, unwashed and unworn with tags still on).

  • Was this item a gift? If so, you can return it! We just need the full receipt to issue the return.
